I'm interested in these also, but wonder how easy it is to get the CR2 battery for them. Are these something normally stocked at a Walmart or Lowes, or specialty stores like for cameras?

I get most of my speciality batteries like coins and ones like those off eBay. Plenty of options and priced well.

It looks like the CR2 batteries are fairly common. Too bad they did not use the CR123A which is what my Schlage motion sensors use.

I received mine yesterday. It is a lithium battery. It should last a long time unless you have heavy door traffic.
I have not included them yet as I need to get the drill out to install them. -Weekend project. If anyone has any questions I'd be happy to answer them.

Looks sweet. I'll be putting mine in this weekend. I'll update to how that went.
