I have one of these http://www.smartliving.com.au/z-wave-in-line-switch.html

Manufacturer id: 134 Product id: 6

I've finally managed to find this info:
The controller need to support the following classes for the energy monitoring:

Meter Command Class Multilevel Sensor Command Class

The parameter to send power usage is Parameter Number 1, Parameter Size 1 Power= value 0 (default) Volt = value 1
I'm trying to set it up, I have it set up as power outlet but I don't see any controllable device endpoints.

thanks Josh
I think all you'll need to do is:

1- Associate it with the USB stick (that's where it'll send reports) 2- Use this page to determine which params to set. At first glance, I believe you'll want to mess with parameter 90 to have it send an auto report, and then 91, 92, and 101 to configure the type of report to send and how often (i.e, when the Watt value changes by x%). It looks like you can even set it up to send reports every X seconds too.
