I went to add a device to my zwave network, device add failed when the controller came back online i started getting all of the "device ID is no longer monitored from your controller would you like to delete it" for every one of my devices... whats going on? Tried to reboot, noting... help... :-)

Maybe check which COM port Axial is trying to talk to. A long time ago, I had removed my stick to pair a new device, and I also did some updates on my computer. I plugged the USB controller into a different USB port and all of sudden Windows have it a new COM number (COM2 to COM3). Axial log said couldn't find the controller. All I had to do is change the COM port in the Axial config.

and i see two usb controllers, my original one ID1 and some new one.
