Our service provider has informed us of an outage with the cloud server. They are currently working on the issue.
We will update this thread as soon as we get a new status update from our provider.

Just my luck that I went out of town for the first time this summer with no cell coverage and our server goes down.

I'm having the same problem. Cloud server hasn't worked since last night.
I'm also having problems with the cloud server (connecting to the server from the android app) since last night. Glad to see that it's not just me. Tried to restart, etc. with no luck.
Just checked my logs... Starting at 9:04:12 PM last night, I started getting a flood of these about every 40 seconds or so:
Cloud: Attempting to connect to cloud server over chanId: db32c...
Cloud: SocketIo_Error - System.Exception
Exception of type 'System.Exception' was thrown.
It's been down since last night for me.
Is the cloud service out again? Can't get a connection out from the server.
