Are you trying to turn off several lights/devices all at once? I've had my best luck getting that type of scene to work smoothly by adding a slight pause (10 msec) between the devices.

turn off #1
pause 10 msec
turn off #2
pause 10 msec
turn off #3

Not quite. I want a scene to kick on when a physical switch is powered on. Right now it works but it can be delayed up to 30 seconds or more. Seems like the controller doesn't always get notified of a state change and you have to wait for the pool to happen before the scene will trigger.

The most likely cause of the trouble is that the switch has to be polled before InControl knows that it has been turned on or off. If your switch supports associations (it probably doesn't, as most don't), then you can associate it with your USB stick to make it nearly instant. When the scene triggers now it's a result of InControl polling the switch and realizing that it's been changed.

Other than that, I'd suggest you get an Evolve or Linear accessory switch. It doesn't control a load, but it can be associated with your USB stick and do exactly what you want.
