Hi All -
Just wanted to close this thread out. I ran down to Lowe's to get another fan switch (same exact one). When I wired that one up, it worked perfectly. To confirm, I wired the other back up and it was still "broken" in the same way. Seems like I just got a bad one from Amazon and will be returning it.
So, if anyone has this problem w/ a GE/Jasco fan switch in the future, it's a bad switch.
