Okay, I know it is a feature request and I've even voted for it but for those who want it NOW! Here is how I got mine going. It works to tell your phone what you want to run.

Things you need: Android phone Tasker App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.dinglisch.android.taskerm&hl=en Autovoice App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.joaomgcd.autovoice.unlock&hl=en (you can use the free autovoice but it only allows 4 letter words) The 2 apps are about $5 total.

Have a read here and get this working for one scene

Tasker: - Create a profile with state/plugin/AutoVoice recognized - In autovoice tick Event Behaviour as you want it to activate on the words only - In AutoVoice set the command Filter to the text you want to say to activate the scene (google for lots of options if you don't want it to be too specific. There are some good youtube vids) - In Tasker make the entry task the one to control the scene as per the other post.

That should be it!

Further Notes:

You can get this working on Google Now, esp for those of you who have a always listening phone. I believe you need the Xposed framework but I haven't tried this. There are a few websites that can show this.
