You can download version 2.121 and start testing it. First though, please pay attention to the following:
Version 2.121 uses a new and improved database engine. However, you should first backup your existing database just in case you choose to rollback to the prior version.
To do that, click start and type in "%programdata%/zwave" (without the quotes) and look for the zwave.sdf file. Make a copy of it to have for a backup.
Once you do, go ahead and download and install.

Installed this one and my scenes, rooms, floor layout, rules all disappeared. I didn't have much setup yet so it's not a big deal but as a note for others.
Note: A restart fixed this btw.

Mine would not go online immediately after the install. But a restart fixed it. Been good and solid ever since.
