Push updates

My understanding is that, once push updates has been configured within InControl, I will be alerted on my Cell phone. In my case I have yet to be alerted.

I have put in a ticket but received no response and will try here on this forum. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Robert -

The pushes right now only update the status of a device that's on your home screen... however, we have a current issue with our push provider, so those aren't working until our next update. We also hope to be able to provide the ability to do regular notifications via push on the phone itself when you need to get an alert.
