How would I schedule a switch to power cycle weekly or perhaps even monthly at a given time via a scene? I see that there is a time option for daily, but nothing beyond that.
Also, is the Scene 'power toggle' an off-on sequence or just a the inverse of what the current state is? I looked in the documentation and did not see anything on it.

You can go vote up the existing feature to add a "Monthly" to the system. Here's the page
Yes, power toggle just inverts the current state. If InControl knows it as "off" it'll turn it "on" and vice-versa.
