Set Dimmer Level Without Turning Light ON

Hi,

Have you tried using the 'start level' option in scenes?

I've not used it myself but it seems like it might achieve what you want?

my experience is that no manufacturer provides a way to set a level without actually turning a device on. It can be off and a level can be set, but your light will turn on.
