You are right, not much in the log file. Could you contact support directly and include the logfile? We can go from there once you do.

I'm not sure that I am seeing the full log file; there's a large gap of time where nothing was written.

Could you delete your current logfile, reboot your computer, start Axial server, then send another copy of the logfile after 5 minutes?

P.S. For the gist, just open and copy the text from the file, then paste it into the main box on the page, then hit "Create secret Gist" - when the page comes back, you can copy/paste the URL from  your browser into here.

You can locate the logfile by visiting your help/support menu. It'll open up a folder pointing at the file itself.  From there, it's sometimes easier to paste the contents into a gist and then share the link to the gist.

Thanks for the tips.  Did try the "devices not visible", made no difference.

How exactly do I find and send the logifle?  So i don't mess that procedure up also.

Thanks

See my "devices not visible" thread a few line down ont he main page... its a weird fix, but it worked for me.

rscott posted this 02 October 2017

Try to give it a reboot, if that doesn't help, send us your logfile.txt file.
