Android App - "Scene Activated" message when it hasn't.

I'm using v 3.0.19 of the android app and I'll get the pop up "Scene Activated" message after trying to activate a scene from the widget when it clearly hasn't activated, so I'm trying to track down where the disconnect is. Is there a handshake process when the app tries to activate a scene with cloud? Or does it just assume that it's successfully executed? Or is it between the cloud and the server? I can activate the scene a moment later, again through the widget, and have it execute successfully. Additionally, I generally see this when trying to open my garage door, so I know the first scene activation never goes through, otherwise the door would begin to open, and then pause on a second "keypad" press (so it's not just a delay issue).

Is this direct connect or cloud connect? I'm assuming cloud since you mentioned that...

Are you saying you can push the widget a twice in a row and the second one will always work? Does the first one always fail?

Sorry, I should have been more thorough. It is using the InControl Cloud, and I'm trying to activate a scene using the "IHA Scene Activation" widget. I'll hit the widget I use for the garage door as I'm approaching my house, it'll pop up the "Scene Activated" message, and I'll see that my garage door hasn't budged. I'll then hit the same widget a second time, and then my garage door will start moving.

I don't know if it was the move to 3.54 on the server side or 3.0.20 on the android client side, but the issue appears to have resolved itself, it's been working flawlessly for the past few days.

Revisiting this, something's screwy with the Android app. Connecting to the cloud, with my InControl server shutdown, clicking on the widget I have to open my garage door will report "Scene Activated" in a second or two. I have never seen it report a failure.
