Connecting with mobile app

Thanks, but the Direct Connection in the mobile app is uncheked yet.

Any other suggestion?

This is a mute point since you and I talked in person to solve this...

The solution was to make sure the firewall wasn't blocking InControl. After adding the service program to the allowed list it went through ok.

If the "Enable Direct Connection" option is checked you need to unchecked it.
