I recently upgraded to the paid android client so as to utilize the push features. Since doing so I have noticed that not only does push notification not work, but the client requires me to hit the manual refresh button to see correct status information. I have registered the push ID and am using cloud sync with no direct connection settings specified. Does anyone have any ideas as to a solution?

For the push, have you double clicked the devices you wish to see the status of and checked "Enable Push Updates?"

For the refresh... does this happen even when you run the app from a fresh restart (i.e, hit back until the app closes then re-launch again)?

I have enabled push on every device I own. Is there a limit to the number you can push? I have 20-25 zwave push items.
A fresh android app start does refresh automatically.

Thanks -

I assume then that the only time you experience refresh issues is after the app has been running and you hit home or start another app, then go back into InControl? If yes and you wait for 10-20 seconds, does it start to auto refresh? What about if you tap the refresh icon?

There's no limit to the number of devices you push. Can you open up a support ticket (http://incontrolha.uservoice.com) and supply your push ID (as found in the help section of your app) as well as your cloud username (no password please)? We'll investigate further with you via the support ticket.

The above scenario is correct, I don't know if waiting 10-20 seconds works. I will check that when I get home. I normally hit the refresh button and it updates.

I will open a trouble ticket when I get home. Thanks.
