Since 5 hours:
your connection to the cloud server has been lost: error initializing handshake with http://cloud.incontrolha.com:443/
What's wrong?
No announcement regarding that issue has been posted yet.
Appreciate any response. I have been restarting service and computer since then to no avail.

Dear Ryan,
Its working again. But i just wish there was a way we could have been notified cause i spent the day restarting pc not knowing what should be done.
We can check accessing "http://cloud.incontrolha.com:443/" from a browser and if we got no response, then this should confirm that there's a problem on the server side rather than our side. Could be a possible check?

Yes, if the server is online and reachable through your network, you'll get a message saying "Cannot GET /", otherwise you'll get a page not found or some other similar error message. Note though, this only tells you that the server is unreachable from your network. You could still have a firewall or internal problem preventing you from reaching it, but you could test from multiple sources to verify and still get a pretty good idea of the status.
