I receive theses error messages(little red circles beside devices) on several of my devices lately. Does anyone know what this is?

It's a result of a poll. If your device doesn't respond, the command will time out and show that message.
In general it's OK to see them once in a while. If you see it everytime your device is polled, then it could be an indication of a weak network or a failed device.
