Hi!
I have two Fibaro double relay switches in my system. One of them is recognized by InCOntrol as two separate switches (as it should), but on the other one it only finds ONE switch.
Im currently running the free version of InControl and the free version of the iOS app for evaluation. Thinking of upgrade to Pro, but small things like these makes me hesitate.

I have a Aeon Labs Z-Wave In-wall Micro Double Smart Switch. It is being detected as a single switch. Running the free version, I've tried v3.54 and v3.7.
I'd like to upgrade to Pro, but wanted to make sure this would work for me first.
Any help in resolving the issue would be appreciated.
I was looking at Feature Matrix, is the reason it's not working is because it's not supported yet and when it does become supported, from that table you need the Pro License?

The thing is that it already seem to have support for multi channel. Since I managed to install one of my double switches and it works fine. Shows up as two separate switches in the control center.

Which version are you running, is it also the pro version and what switch?
Thanks Josh
I'm running InControl Home Automation version 3.44 (5050.17923), free edition.
I know that it is limited to only 10 devices, but I only have 5 devices showing, including the "weather" device.
The switches are from Fibaro.

InControl doesn't support multi-channel devices yet. Here's a feature request we've added to track progress on it.
Hmmm... Then how come one of my multi channel switches work perfectly, and is recognized as two switches?

I can't explain it... we've got no multi-channel code in there. Christmas miracle?
Haha might be. ;)
Or perhaps Fibaro has constructed the switch to be recognized as two separate?
I have tried HomeSeer and HomeGenie, they seem to detect Multi-Channel devices fine.
But I think I still prefer InControl so waiting for this feature to be added.
Next thing that would be good is if it ever gets ported to Raspberry Pi and have a nice web interface .
