Hi,

I just purchased Everspring ST812 and incontrol pro version but having trouble setting it up. I have aeon ZStick and I configured that and added the ST812 water alarm to it. I also associated ST812 to the controller. Finally I set up the scene to send an email when alarm level is 255. Configured and tested email - that works ok.

But when I dunk the device in water I hear it beep, but no email is sent. Also "recent change" always shows Water Leak Alarm : Level 0. I enabled auditing and I see that the device is sending info at the exact moment, for example:

I have the device configured as "Alarm" and under it I see some checkbox that says "No alarm" - not sure what that means...

Any ideas what I might be missing.
