I had to use the Zensys tools to first "delete dead node" from the stick otherwise it would keep coming back in Incontrol. Make sure you take Incontrol offline first.

If you select the device you should have a delete button. Clicking it removes it from the database. For best results you should delete everything and then restart by going offline and back online again.
