I was having the same problem but now it is permanently disconnected from the cloud. I see the error message as "error initializing handshake with http://www.incontrolzwave.com:4530/" I'm using 2.225.4868.21315 - Pro Edition.
Update - reading other posts I see why I'm getting the message above and it looks as if my internet connection may be intermittent. The problem is I was only seeing it when away, don't know if it's AT&T not liking me, Time Warner being intermittent (I did establish that and changed modems) or some other cause. My outages are brief, usually. I just love embitterment's, they only show up when you need the system, not when you go look for 'em.
IC disconnects from the cloud often.

Same here, version 3.2.48...
never had this issue prior to this version. but don't know for sure that is the reason. hoping someone way more savvy than i can shed some light on things.

Same problem. Lost connection when computer restarted. Now it cannot find any devices. Any ideas how to reconnect? InControl HA 2.0.9

Same problem here. Running 2.225.4868.21315 Pro Edition.
I can get mine back online, but only for a few minutes if I click the online/offline button. Only lasts about 5 min before it disconnects again.
It would be nice if we could have a manual or cloud connect. I liked being able to forward ports and being dependent on me and not another service/server.

Looks like version 2.225 connects to both servers. If the error is the old server the service should still work.
