Do you know if InControl/Aeon Labs Z-Stick can be set up as a secondary device? Currently I have my Honeywell Tuxedo Touch set up as the secondary. I just found out that I can set it up on Total Connect but the keypad needs to be set up as the primary Z-Wave communicator.

Yes, InControl and the z-stick can be setup as a secondary controller. Easiest way to do this is to download the zentools (linked in my signature) and then put your z-stick into "learning" mode - then from your panel, add the z-stick as a device.
