My computer software works great. Installed free app on iPhone, tried to log in, get spinning wheel that never stops, screen never changes. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Bought the paid app, same issue. Please advise

The spinning wheel usually means that the cloud connection on either end isn't working. Be sure you've logged into the cloud on your phone and on your PC using the same username and password.
