Also, I cannot access my AEON controller from the software.

Is the service down. My incontrol software says that the cloud connection is offline and I can't control any device anymore.
What is going on?
Which version of the software are you on? If it's 2.225, then it'll say that it can't connect; however, there are two cloud servers so it's connecting to the one that matters. Version 3.x takes care of the message for you.
As of right now, everything is online and running great on the cloud front.
For your Aeon labs stick... hard to guess what's going on without some more info, but try this:
1. Open up your device manager
2. Look for Ports (COM & LPT) and expand it
3. Aeon Labs will show up as "Silicon Labs USB to UART Bridge"
4. Make note of the com port of the Silicon Labs device
5. Inside InControl, open Tools/Options.
6. On the Z-Wave Controller tab, choose Com Port, enter the number you noted from step #4, choose "Use Beta Z-Waev Controller"
7. Click Close
If that doesn't fix it, wait for about 5 minutes then open up your logfile.txt and copy the last 20 or so lines out of it into here.
