Hey...I've been trying for a week to add my Kwikset 910 door lock to the network. I can add the device to the network just fine (I've done it 5 times) but cannot control it. Commands simply time out. I have tried taking it off the door and adding it from inches away, I've tried Add Device Network Wide, I've tried adding another z-wave plug nearby to serve as a repeater. I've threatened it with bodily harm. I'm out of ideas. Any thoughts? HELP!

I GOT IT! I did a factor reset on the lock (remove batteries, hold lock button, put batteries back and keep holding button until you hear three beeps), added it again network wide and it worked this time. Finally!! Thank you!
