I am running 3.62 and have successfully added the lock to InControl via the Remove/Add menu. I can lock/unlock without issue as well as receive feedback if the lock is manually controlled. I don't see any reporting of the battery level?
Am I missing something?

Try to right click your lock and then do a "Force poll" - if your battery level shows up, then you are setup correctly. If you want to poll to get battery level, turn on polling but make it something large - like once per day.
