Just a quick comment on the support provided by Ryan for this product. I had a few issues going from ControlThink and in particular, migrating my 10 devices from a ThinkStick over to the Aeon Labs z-stick. Ryan went out of his way to make sure my migration was successful. This is a big change from what I was use to over at the now dead ControlThink support forum.
I was one that had to purchase two ThinkSticks back in the day because I wanted scripted functions (ThinkEssentials) and an iOS/Android Interface (ZwaveCommander). I can happily say that InControl and a single supported USB stick is doing a much better job at Zwave home automation.
If you were like me and looking for a modern, reasonably priced, actively supported Zwave system; then you are in the right place.

I'd like to add my 2 cents here as well. Whenever I've had issues (most of my own accord, I might add) Ryan has been extremely patient and helpful. I have a home that was finished back in February of 2012. It has a lot of technology built into it - but the most useful tool is InControl Pro. Ryan has been instrumental in getting me setup and running and about the only thing it can't control is my Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds... (and only because Hunter Douglas refuses to make a z-wave interface).

I have to agree. I had a problem and Ryan was right on top of it.
