Just to be sure, could you go into offline mode and then shut down InControl - after that, restart to see if the sensors still show as a trial item. Also, which version of InControl are you on?
My sensors aren't licensed devices??

Is there some where else to get support? This forum doesn't seem that active...
Does it say you are using the free version in your title bar? Standard or pro are required for sensors, but you can do a 30 day trial if you want to test them out.

Its in Pro mode, 29 days left.
I wonder if it has to do with the new Gen5 version. These are brand new and it looks like other HA system are having issues too. Aeon's own site doesn't even have the Gen5 listed yet. Bleeding edge fun.
