Can't seem to get the camera presets going on my Foscam. Neither set or go-to functions work. Everything else seems to work, however.

I had the same issue, but found a setting in the camera configuration which disables the presets.
Log into the camera and go to Device Management, then under the menu item "PT Settings" - un-check the "Disable preset" check box. Should then work after the camera reboots.

The odd thing is that the camera disables the movement by default.
