I've experienced this issue for a long time but never witnessed it in person until now. I activated a scene that turns off all the lights when I'm leaving and I watched a light that was off turn on as everything else turned off. I've left the software open to track these issues through the events feature, but the light that I find on upon arriving home doesn't show triggered under events. A random light will turn on in the middle of the night every few days and a random light is usual on when I arrive home from work. What could be causing this?

That's a tricky one... I've seen this before in my home network with just one of my devices.
From the best of what I could determine, randomly when that device was polled, the device itself would see the poll and mis-interpret it as a "turn on" message. I went as far as ordering a z-wave sniffer to try and verify the commands going across the network, but once I had the sniffer it stopped happening and I haven't been able to reproduce it since.
