I might be doing it wrong, but it seems like it's not possible to rename rooms, which is surprising. It looks like all I can do is delete a room and recreate it.
It's not the end of the world, it's just an odd interface issue.
Rename Rooms?

You can rename them by hovering your mouse on the name of the room. Same for scenes.
