Yep, that's the one. After restarting the UI, the rule was still there. I deleted the conditions and was then able to delete the rule.

I tried to delete a rule in v3.10 of the server app. It gave me a confirmation message but didn't remove the rule from the interface.
Does it go away after restarting the UI or does it appear to be in the db still? There is a known bug related to rules that you can't delete them if they have existing conditions... I wonder if that's what you are bumping into?
