I'm not sure why, but if I click the button on my normal monitor/video card there is no drop down that appears. I tried RDP'ing into the desktop and sure enough the drop down is there.
Thought I'd post this here, for anyone else who runs into this.

Seems like your display adapter driver needs to be replaced.
