With the help of the Rackspace support team we've been able to identify a problem with some Rackspace hardware that has been causing the recent downtime with our cloud server. To fix the problem, we'll be taking the server offline and moving it to new hardware.

The Rackspace team feels that this will solve the problem. They estimate an ETA of 7:00 PM MST for the service to be restored.
