Since I updated to Version 3.53 my logfile is filling up with this (every 5 seconds):

We left some extra logging in there... if you want to nuke it, uninstall that version, then re-install this version.
Uninstalling won't remove any data.

Same thing for me, even after replacing with the above version.
Version reported after re-installation is 3.54.5089.17181.

Did you actually end up uninstalling the prior version? You may need to delete the install folder as well after you do the uninstall -- note, you are still safe with your data as it's installed else where and won't be touched by the uninstaller.

Yup, complete uninstall. Went ahead and deleted the directory this time too. Same result.
Also, if you created scripts, remember to back them up before deleting the directory.

Looks good! 30 minutes and no extra SightBound messages. Version reported as 3.54.5090.10353.
