The sensors appear but do not show things like temperature, humidity, etc. They are present in the Windows app. It would be handy to check these values from the app.

gallwapa,
You can try the following:
With the sensor highlighted in blue and over on the right side of the screen (in software) the temp, humidity, luminance and motion should be present. To the left of each of those are very small icons. If you click on one, for example the temp, It will say "create a device to track this sensor reading". Give it a name and wait for it to appear as a device. It should show the temperature. You should close and reopen the phone app and you should now see the temperature as a device and it's current reading. Do this for the others and you should be able to monitor all.
Hope this helps.
