Arduino Sensor Plugin

I would really love an Arduino plugin. From a person that loves electronics and tinkering with things I think it would be great. I am looking into buying a 3D printer. I would like to make some of my own devices to add to my home automation InControl (Weather Station, Blind Controller, Mailbox sensor). It could be combined with Raspberry PI. It kills me that Mi Casa Verde or now known as Vera Control has the plugin. I am now much of a programmer but here is a link to the source if someone can do it for InControl. http://code.mios.com/trac/miosarduino-sensor/ I can do the electronics if we can get the code to talk to InControl. Ryan let me know what you think and I'll send you the hardware.
