I am wondering the same thing. I have not had cloud connection all day.

I think I spoke with both of you separately, but yes, the main servers were down. Wish I knew why; hopefully Amazon will look into it and provide an answer. In the meantime, a backup server should be coming online shortly. Sorry all!
