I have had one light switch that has not connected in a long time. I have tried to pair it several times and it would never register on the Aeon Labs Z-Stick. Flash forward to today and I got a new Z-Stick (another story on why not needed here) now that original device is connecting, along with several others. however 2 other devices won't communicate with the new Z-Stick. One device is probably one of the newest and the other is the first one I ever installed, very confusing.
Any idea why they are not communicating or how I can get the 2 devices working on the new Z-Stick?
They are both GE, one is a outlet and one is a standard switch.
Thanks!
Devices not connecting.

Have you ran an exclusion/remove on both of them to reset them first?

My original I factory reset, downloaded the latest firmware etc. and that did not help. The new one I also factory reset using the InControl command. The strange thing with the new one was it would not let me add any devices from InControl. I had to press the button on the Z-stick and add everything back one by one. However the new Z-stick is much faster in response/lag from the old one.
