I picked up one of these dual relay modules, and was able to pair it with my controller and IncontrolHA, however it is only seeing it as a single standard switch. Will it be possible to control the two relays, or am I stuck with just one?

My guess is that it's a multi-channel device. If that's the case, then setup and use will be similar to the smart strip: https://www.incontrolha.com/recipes/recipe/23.

Note that the Pro edition is required for this functionality.

I cannot seem to add this to my controller (Nortek HUSBZ-1). I've tried standard and network-wide inclusion but nothing works. I issue the include command and then press the button on the enerwave, but nothing ever happens. I've tried using the zensys tools, as well, with no luck. Any ideas or tricks I'm not aware of?

I contacted enerwave and they are pointing back at the Nortec controller saying, "As far as the Nortek USB Hub, I don’t think it could support the relay multichannel firmware." I've seen posts elsewhere indicating that axial supports multi-channel devices. Does anyone know if they are correct or just shifting blame?

I have one of these and they definitely work in Axial.  It is a 2-channel device that must be configured as Ryan describes above.  It works just fine.  I am using the Aeotec Gen2 stick, so I think Enerwave's assessment is correct, the problem could be with your controller.

@dridgely - Did you try to exclude it first? Sometimes they simply need to be reset before they'll include into a new network.

Also, that controller does support multichannel. I use it in my own home.

I know this is REALLY late, but somewhere along the line I seem to have missed notifications that responses had come in. Just to close the loop for posterity, I finally got this working and have used this device more than once. In every instance I've had to try mutliple times or at least exclude then include, but, with a little patience and determination, they do work.
