I had a couple of questions about the newly added events panel. One, do events actually do anything? As far as I can tell it's just a log window. Second question, are there any newer api keys in 4.0 that haven't made it to the documentation?

Events are basically a list of what's happened in your system. I assume you are hoping for a way to do something based on events (hence your question?)
We haven't had API keys per-se in InControl yet - what do you mean by newer? What do you want to be able to accomplish?

There really wasn't anything I was trying to accomplish with them. More just wondering if they had a function other than log. Api keys was the wrong term I guess. I'm writing a couple of plugins for other software. I guess what I was asking is. Are there any new commands added in 4.0 that are accessible via json REST?

There are API calls available for pretty much anything the UI can do... got anything in particular you are wanting access to?

I think the only ones I haven't found are the room management calls. Each device is given a roomid. Is there a call to turn off/on all devices with said roomid. Sorry if these questions are bothersome. I could look them up with fiddler as you described elsewhere on the forum. Just thought I'd ask since I was already posing another question.
