Hi,
I have an IP camera successfully working on the server and can view the live stream in the GUI.
But I have two issues on the Android app:
1) When I click the camera, I don't see anything - just a black screen with the pan/tilt and home buttons
2) The jpg (still) capture is displayed next to the camera name - but the image is a TINY thumbnail that cannot be enlarged or saved - that makes it pretty much useless
I'm using the paid app on a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge using direct connect (not cloud).
Thanks

Bump
Someone posted almost exactly the same issue in a different sub-forum here: http://store.incontrolzwave.com/boards/topic/958/view-camera also without any reply.
Is this bug confirmed? Is it going to be addressed in a future release? Is there any more information needed from me to help troubleshoot?

The camera needs to have the port forwarded through your firewall. For example, if your camera is accessed on your local network using 192.168.1.15:20, then you need to also forward port 20 on your firewall/router to the ip of your camera. Can you confirm you have that setup?
