I had to downgrade to the latest stable from the latest beta..  Using aeon labs gen5, I was having all kinds of network issues, devices not responding, service crashing.

Which version were you using? There are quite a few people on the very latest and have been for quite a while. Could you send a logfile to support so we can see what was going on?

I dont know the minor version but it was 4.1.6237   and I didn't keep the logs..  Beta was working fine for the gen2 stick..  But i started converting my network over to gen5 tonight and had all kinds of issues thought it was the stick, but once i un-installed the beta and installed stable things went smooth...  I'll try installing the beta again and see if i can reproduce, I will save logs this time.

I'm just having all kinds of issues using a gen5 usb stick...  the stable version service crashed again today, nothing in the logs, all totally empty except for all of the lines listed below.. these are in the info log as well tons of them, I bet showing how often the service restarts.  Service was up app not responding, i was getting app errors, restarted service on windows and app started working again.

just crashed while i had it opened i "sent error report" to you with a note in the box of "error"

If you check your Windows Application event logs, there should be an event that's created related to the crash. Is it just your UI that crashes? does the service crash too ?
