I have downloaded the latest build and now all my virtual devices and a ton of my scenes have dissapeared? I was updating from an older version of InControl. Is there a way to get a backup?

I think what you've bumped into is a version of Axial Server that isn't supported by your license. You can uninstall it and revert back to an older version, or you can go check out your product codes to update to the latest version.
