Just paired a Kwikset deadbolt and can choose to lock or unlock. Maybe I am missed a step, but I would also like to be able to see the current status (if it is locked or unlocked) as well as the battery status. Are these features available yet in InControl? It would be nice to be able to use it in a scene (upon unlock of the lock by a person using a certain code, send a notification, turn on lights, etc.).

You can poll the lock of course to get status, though since it's battery powered you'll really blow through the batteries. The best way would be to have the lock notify InControl of changes in state, though this isn't quite ready yet. It's currently being held up by a bug in a 3rd party library we use to communicate with the lock.

Quick update - I associated the lock with the controller and now can see the battery life. Still playing with the lock-unlock to see what occurs. Now when I click on lock and unlock the symbol shown changes.

Thank you for the update Ryan. Looking forward to that feature once it is available.

Just for what it's worth, here's a UserVoice idea if you want to track it, add comments, votes, etc.
