I don't have any at the moment but;
Have a look at the google plus page, Ryan had a part that he was trialing a z wave ir device.
There is another z wave ir device that I've seen in Australia for air cons that may work.
I've also heard the logitech wifi ir can be controlled by http requests which incontrol can now send.
