A few days ago I lost most of my devices and nearly all of my scenes. All of my virtual devices disappeared as well. This has happened off/on in the past and it usually resolves itself at night when the server reboots or I walk over and unplug/plug in my controller (Aeon stick).
Any ideas on why this is happening? It's not always the same devices that disappeared in the past, but this time, no matter what I do they just won't come back.

How many scenes and devices do you still see? What's the title bar of your app say (it should show the name, edition and version - please include it all or a full screen shot).

Interesting, it was showing Free Edition (I'm paid through 2017). Version 4.0.5799.15839.
I reregistered my Pro version, rebooted and it brought back all my devices + virtual devices.
Not sure why it lost my Pro license, but at least now I know what to do when this happens again.

Indeed, that's very strange. If you get a chance, please email your logfile.txt to us via a support ticket. Maybe there's something in there that we can look at and fix.
