I have set up a new server in the house and the software will not activate to pro. i enter the email and code and when i click activate it just hangs

It's likely your firewall. You can turn it off, or you can log into axialcontrol.com and visit your account/product codes page to download an activation file.

firewall is off, activation file says it is "corrupt or invalid"
