There are up/down arrows to the right side of the devices that will bump it up or down. Is that what you need?

Devices, you can reorder them by going to the drop down just left of "devices" and choose list. Then you can use the standard windows to change the order of the listings (type, name, status, etc). When you switch back to tile, it will keep the same format that you selected as list.
