Odd things happening since yesterday. I have 2 laptops running and both are connected to the cloud. I'm unable to access either from any of my mobile devices that previously worked before. Get the error message to download Incontrol. Trying to log on to the cloud fails to recognize username or password. Laptop is running 4.55.31449 pro version. It keeps reverting back to the free edition and won't recognize the thermostat or multisensor. I enter the activation code and it goes to pro version and a few moments later it's back to the free version. Please help!

Can you provide a screen shot of the "Download" message you receive?

Could you also confirm the version? I don't recognize the version you mentioned in the first post.

Sorry, I couldn't paste a screen shot on this reply. Had to attach a file to my original post. The version should read 4.0.5805.31449. After entering the activation code yesterday it has kept the pro version. Still can't connect on any of the mobile devices today.
